April 4, 2025 (Fargo, ND) Fargo Jet Center (FJC), a fixed-base operator (FBO) and aviation service provider based at Hector International Airport (KFAR), has once again earned top recognition in the 2025 Aviation International News (AIN) FBO Survey, reinforcing its reputation as a premier aviation service provider.
The annual AIN FBO Survey gathers feedback from pilots, flight departments, and aviation professionals to rank FBOs based on five key performance categories: customer service, line service, pilot amenities, facilities, and overall experience. Serving as a trusted industry benchmark, the survey highlights top aviation service providers worldwide, with a focus on “The Americas” region (North America, Central America, South America).
2025 AIN FBO Survey Rankings for Fargo Jet Center:
- Top 5% of FBOs in “The Americas” region
- #1 FBO in the Midwest region
- Top 10 in the Pilot Amenities category
- Dawndi Ulmer, Customer Service Representative, recognized in the Above & Beyond category
“Earning these top rankings truly reflects our team’s dedication and professionalism,” said Jeremy Sobolik, FBO Services Manager at Fargo Jet Center. “We take great pride in delivering an exceptional experience to every customer, and this recognition not only reinforces our commitment to excellence but also inspires us to keep raising the bar.”
Fargo Jet Center has been a top-ranked FBO in the AIN FBO Survey for over a decade, setting the standard for aviation services in the region. As a full-service FBO with 24/7 U.S. Customs on-site, a 9,001’ runway, prime flight path location, modern amenities, and supplemental services of maintenance and aircraft charter, we have become a preferred destination for tech stops and general aviation services.
FJC also extends its appreciation to its airport partners, including the Fargo Municipal Airport Authority, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the FAA Air Traffic Control Tower at Hector International Airport, for their continued support in providing a seamless aviation experience.
